Hi, I’m Doug Dickerson – thanks for visiting my profile!

I live in the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina, where the beach is my happy place and family is everything. My wife Alicia and I are proud parents and grandparents to seven incredible grandkids who keep life joyful and full of purpose.

Professionally, I bring years of experience in ministry, education, and leadership development. I’m the co-owner of The Success Center, an award-winning, full-service tutoring center serving over 100 students weekly in our local community. Alicia, a strong and gifted leader, serves as the center’s director while I provide support behind the scenes.

In addition to entrepreneurship and education, I’ve served as a Certified Arbitrator with the Ninth Circuit Solicitor’s Office and was a former member of the Architectural Review Board for the City of Goose Creek. I’m also an active member of Faith Goose Creek Church.

As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, I’m passionate about equipping leaders with practical insights that cut through the noise and inspire growth. I’m also a Certified DISC Trainer, which allows me to bring added value to individuals and teams through enhanced communication and self-awareness.
