My name is Doug Dickerson, my friends call me Doug…it’s nice to meet you! Thanks for stopping by! I live in the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina. The beach is my happy place, I have an awesome family including six amazing grandkids. My favorite sports teams are the St. Louis Cardinals (my favorite since childhood) and the Boston Red Sox (my adopted team via marriage). I was raised as a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Boston Celtics. I also like the Memphis Grizzlies.

I have served many years in ministry and as an educator.  As an entrepreneur, my wife and I are the owners of The Success Center -an award-winning full-service tutoring center in the community where we live that serves more than 100 students a week! My wife, a strong leader in her own right, serves as the director and gets moral support from me.

I am a Certified Arbitrator with the Ninth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in the Community Juvenile Arbitration program. Additionally, I’m on the Architectural Review Board in the city where I live, and an active member of my church.

My purpose here isn’t complicated.  I am here to share my leadership insights and perspectives in hopes to cut through the clutter and give it to you straight up and simple. My desire is that you will come away inspired, encouraged, challenged, and better equipped as a  leader.

My years of experience have brought me to where I am today and as a person of faith, I don’t believe it’s by accident. I believe that we all have been created with a plan and a purpose in life and we need to fulfill it. My desire is to come along beside you to equip and empower you to reach your full God-given potential.
